Soaring Home Prices and Unprecedented Demand: Denver Real Estates Experts Answer Your Questions

Thirty-three percent of prospective buyers recently surveyed are hopeful that it will be easier to find a home over the coming months—an improvement from 25% who said so a year ago, according to the latest Housing Trends Report, produced by the National Association of Home Builders. Still, the majority (61%) of buyers expect home searches to become more difficult or stay the same in the future.

Mark Your Calendars: Making Moves Open 2021

You're invited! Please come join us pn August 28th for the 3rd annual Making Moves Open to celebrate Meg Pitkin and Kerry King's August birthdays!

We will be hosting a shotgun scramble at Hylands Hills Golf Course in Westminster.

The tournament will start at 8am and there will be food to follow. Entry fee of $75 will include 18 holes, cart fee, and range balls. The scramble format means you do not need to be a golfer to play!

We will be determining teams once we have a confirmed headcount, but you are welcome to assemble your own foursome. Significant others and friends are welcome!
